	Manylogos.com will commence work on an order once the Client’s payment has been processed. Once the Client has placed an order, a representative of Manylogos.com will contact the Client in order to confirm his/her order details. Manylogos.com will provide the initial logo samples to our Client within 24 hours (depending on the chosen package). Manylogos.com will post the initial samples to a secure website, accessible only by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her logo samples and also be able to provide his/her feedback concerning the design of the samples. Manylogos.com will analyze the Client’s feedback and revise the samples. The revised samples will be resent to the Client within 1 working days. Manylogos.com will keep revising until Client is 100% satisfied. Each revising-circle lasts 1 working day. Once the sample has been approved by the Client, Manylogos.com will proceed with the delivery phase. All requested formats are zipped and emailed to the Client. Client shall have 7 days to respond to each set of concepts/revisions submitted to Client for review. If after 7 days the Client has failed to so respond, Manylogos.com will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete.


	If Client is not satisfied with the initial concepts provided by Manylogos.com, Client may request a refund. Manylogos.com will refund the total payment made by Client, less administrative and processing fees. Once Client requests additional revisions for any of the initial concepts, Client shall forfeit the right to the refund.


	The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished to Manylogos.com for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Manylogos.com and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.


	Ownership of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image. Manylogos.com retains the right to display the artwork in it's portfolio and advertising materials. With regards to the respective package selected, Clients are allowed to choose only one logo design, one slogan design, one business card design, one envelope design, one letter head design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the Client which are not selected by the Client remain the full property of Manylogos.com. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the Client's order for $100.00. All trademarks on this site such as Manylogos.com ™ and others are trademarks of the respective companies and you may not use these marks without express written permission.
